Restorative Yoga for Sleep

Practice this 12-minute sequence right before bed to help you fall asleep and increase the quality of your sleep. Postures include legs up the wall pose, a gentle supine twist and a glute stretch held for a longer period of time to facilitate lymphatic drainage and to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.
