This website is operated by Yoga Teacher Prep. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Site” refer to Toga Teacher Prep (“YTP” or “Company”). YTP offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our shopping cart system is LifterLMS and our checkout mechanism PayPal. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you securely.

The information contained in or made available through our sites (including but not limited to information contained on videos, comments, webinars (including replays and in chats) live Q&A session, in-person events, emails, PDF files, or on social media cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, psychological, or legal matters.
Specifically, you should regularly consult a doctor in all matters relating to physical or mental health, particularly concerning any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention. We and our licencors / advertisers / contributors / suppliers make no representations or warranties concerning any treatment, action, or application of medication or preparation by any person following the information offered or provided within or through the Site.

Neither we nor our partners, or any of their affiliates, will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or other damages that may result, including but not limited to economic loss, injury, illness or death. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your use of the Sites, you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
Terms of Sale
Please READ CAREFULLY by purchasing any YTP product you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the following terms stated herein. YTP agrees to provide online programs and workshops as described on Site (herein referred to as “Program”), the Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Program.
Fees and Payment
As consideration for any purchase you make on YTP, you agree to pay Yoga Teacher Prep all applicable fees and taxes. We (or our third-party payment processor) shall authorize your credit card, PayPal account, or other approved payment facility you provided during the registration process for the full payment of the fees and any applicable taxes, and you hereby consent to the same.
If the mailing address you provided us is in the United States, all payments will be charged and made in U.S. dollars. If the mailing address you provided us is outside the United States or any of its possessions or territories, all payments will be charged and made in your local currency, at the current conversion rate, as determined by the processing facility at the time of transaction (not the time of purchase).
All programs, workshops, products, events and services are priced in U.S. dollars.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and credit card information. You must also promptly update all billing information (such as billing address, card number, and expiration date) to keep your account current, complete, and accurate. You must promptly contact us if your credit card is lost or stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of account security (such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your Sign-In Name or Password) otherwise your account and access to YTP Academy or any other program you purchase will be suspended.
You hereby authorize Yoga Teacher Prep to obtain updated or replacement expiration dates for your credit card in the event that the credit card you provided expires. We reserve the right to charge any renewal card issued to you to the same extent as the expired card.
If payment is not received from your credit card issuer, you hereby agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. You agree to pay all costs of collection, including attorney’s fees and costs, on any outstanding balance. In certain instances, the issuer of your credit card may charge you a foreign transaction fee or related charges, which you will be responsible to pay. You are advised to check with your bank and credit card issuer for details.
Refund Policy – Programs / Premium Workshops / Single Workshops / Membership
Due to the digital, downloadable nature of our products, once you have accessed the content, it is considered to be consumed. However, our aim with our online programs and workshops is to provide you with the support you need as a yoga teacher or yoga teacher to be. We have created a refund policy that respects the reality that life sometimes changes but also honors the value of our time and offering.
- For scheduled online programs like Manifest Your Dharma, full refunds will be granted prior to the first day of class. After the program has begun, there will be no refunds, even for those on a payment plan.
- Requests for refund must be sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: Refund Request
- No refunds for workshops, YTP Academy memberships or live events.
- You can cancel your Yoga Teacher Prep Academy membership at anytime so long as you are 48-hours outside your billing date. You can do this by visiting the ‘contact’ page and sending us an email with the subject ‘cancel my subscription’.
- No partial or prorated refunds on monthly or annual payments.
If you cancel your membership and re-join, you will be charged the present rate regardless of any special pricing or discounts you had access to in the past. Your membership fee will remain the same as when you originally registered as long as you stay current with your payments or until agree to an upgrade.
All content offered by YTP and YTP Academy are copyrighted and original materials that have been provided to the Client are for the Client’s individual use only and a single-user license. The Client is not authorized to use any of YTP’s intellectual property for the Client’s business purposes.
All intellectual property, including YTP’s copyrighted program and/or course materials, shall remain the sole property of the Yoga Teacher Prep. No license to sell or distribute YTP’s materials is granted or implied. By purchasing this product, the Client agrees (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by YTP is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively toYTP, (3) the Client agrees not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with YTP. Further, by purchasing this product, the Client agrees that if the Client violates, or displays any likelihood of violating, any of the Client’s agreements contained in this paragraph, YTP will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations and to protect against the harm of such violations.
This includes but is not limited to posting content publicly (social media or website), sharing downloaded material, sharing private URLs and sharing private login information.
The Company respects the Client’s privacy and insists that the Client respects the Company’s and fellow Program Participants (herein referred to as “Participants”). By participating in YTP programs you enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Any Confidential Information shared by Program participants or any representative of the Company is confidential, Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it. Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, in the private Facebook group, during group calls or otherwise. Client agrees not to use such confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with other Participants during the Program. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party.
Both Parties will keep Confidential Information in strictest confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the Confidential Information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss and theft. Client agrees not to violate the Company’s publicity or privacy rights. Furthermore the Client will NOT reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement or Company’s direct or indirect dealings with Client including but not limited to; names, email addresses, third-party company titles or positions, phone numbers or addresses.
Additionally, Consultant will not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose Confidential Information to any third-party. Further, by purchasing this product you agree that if you violate or display any likelihood of violating this session the Company and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
All Programs are developed for strictly educational purposes ONLY. The Client accepts and agrees that the Client is 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Program(s). YTP makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing and that results may vary.
All of the Programs’ education and information is intended for a general audience and does not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. YTP assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any of the program materials.
YTP is committed to providing all Clients with a positive experience. By purchasing this any of these products, the Client agrees that YTP may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate the Client’s participation in the Programs without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if the Client becomes disruptive to YTP or Participants, the Client fails to follow the Program guidelines, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of the other participants in the Program or upon violation of the terms as determined by YTP. The Client will still be liable to pay the total contract amount.
